You will need to get in touch with the Maker from which you purchased from. You can do this via our inbuilt messaging system.
If the order hasn't been shipped, the Maker should be able to simply provide a refund and cancel the order.
If the order has been shipped, reach out to the Maker and ask for their their advice as to what to do. Simply by refusing the package on delivery it can be sent back to the Maker.
If all else fails, reach out to us and we will advise. But your first point of contact should be the Maker.
